- No deliveries on Saturday mornings starting from the construction holidays.
- To pick up sod on Saturday mornings, you must book an appointment before Friday 3:00 p.m. (by reservation only).
Owner’s History
Les Arpents Verts de l’Estrie has been established as a business and carried through by Mr. Normand Dumoulin during 1972 and 1987.In 1988, the company was then bought by Mr. Felix Sigrist and Anna Sigrist, a young family who originated from Switzerland. It wasn’t until 1996 that Ferme Bourdon & Fils acquired the company; the Sigrist family wished to return to their native land.
Research and Developments
Every year, studies and tests are completed in our own fields with multiple varieties of Kentucky Bluegrass. It ensures our customers that they will get a product that has the capacity to adapt as much as possible to the Eastern Townships’ rigorous climate.
Investments
Our goal is to reach our client’s expectations, thus achievable when we are being efficient and effective. Major investments are done yearly to acquire the most advanced technological equipment that exists in the market for sod producers.
